Products and orders
Please review the product description, price, specifications and delivery information before placing an order. Provide accurate contact and delivery details and keep your order confirmation. Contact us promptly about any mistake. Availability and delivery options depend on the product and destination. If an order cannot be fulfilled or a material error affects it, we will contact you and provide any refund or other remedy required by law; we will not impose a higher price without your agreement.
Prices, payment and shipping
Store prices are in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed through Stripe using WooCommerce. Available payment methods and the final order total are shown at checkout. Any applicable import charges depend on the destination and its rules; contact us before ordering if you need clarification about your destination.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
You may request cancellation of a physical product before it has shipped. After shipment, our voluntary return policy covers defective products rather than change of mind. Digital products and PDFs do not qualify for a voluntary change-of-mind refund after delivery. These rules are subject to the exceptions and mandatory consumer rights explained in our Refund and Returns Policy. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the appropriate destination and instructions.
Digital products
Digital delivery and access details are provided with the product or order. Unless the product expressly states otherwise, purchased digital materials are for your personal use and may not be redistributed or resold without permission. Contact us if a file is missing, inaccessible or defective. Where the law requires express consent and acknowledgement before a withdrawal right is lost, these terms and delivery alone do not replace that consent.
