Information we collect and why

When you place an order, create an account or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number, order details and correspondence. We use it to process purchases, deliver products, provide account access and customer support, manage returns, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Please do not send passwords, full payment card details or unnecessary health information by email.

Our website and service providers also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, session information and security logs to operate and protect the store. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating a secure store, or consent when required.

Payments and fulfilment

Payments are processed through Stripe using WooCommerce. Payment information is shared with Stripe as needed to process and protect transactions. We receive transaction status and order-related payment information. Fulfilment partners, including CJdropshipping where used for your order, and delivery carriers receive the contact, delivery and order details needed to prepare, ship and support your purchase. Hosting and technical service providers process information needed to operate the website. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect lawful rights.

Cookies and third-party content

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies and similar technologies for functions such as signing in, maintaining your shopping cart and managing checkout sessions. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the store from working. Where consent is required for optional cookies, they must be subject to that consent.

If you leave a comment or review, the submitted information and technical details may be used for publication and spam prevention. Published comments or reviews are visible to other visitors. Embedded content from other websites, if present, may collect information according to the provider’s own privacy notice when you interact with it.

International processing

We operate from the United States and serve customers internationally. Our payment, hosting and fulfilment providers may process information in other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply. Contact us for information about the providers involved in your order.

Retention and security

We retain account, order and correspondence information to operate the store, handle customer enquiries and disputes, and satisfy accounting, legal and security requirements. The store does not currently apply automatic deletion periods to customer accounts or order records. Retention may therefore continue until information is reviewed or a valid deletion request is fulfilled, subject to information we must retain. Access is restricted to people and providers who need it for their work; no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator.
