Refund and Returns Policy

Cancelling a physical order

You may cancel a physical-product order before it has been shipped. Email contact@innerher.online with your order number as soon as possible. We will check the shipment status and confirm the cancellation. Cancelled, unshipped orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

After shipment

Our voluntary policy does not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds after a physical product has been shipped. After shipment, we accept requests for defective products. This restriction does not limit any mandatory rights described below, including rights concerning non-delivery or goods that do not match their description.

Defective products

If your item is defective, contact contact@innerher.online with your order number, a description of the problem and, where helpful, photos or a short video. We will review the issue and provide instructions for the applicable remedy, which may include a return, replacement or refund. Any return-shipping arrangements will be explained before you send an item; where the law requires us to bear these costs, we will do so.

Digital products and PDFs

Once a PDF or other digital product has been delivered, we do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or refunds. This does not exclude remedies for non-delivery, defective digital content, content that does not match its description, or any other mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law requires prior express consent and acknowledgement before immediate digital delivery removes a withdrawal right, receipt of the file alone does not remove that right.

Return instructions and refunds

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct destination and instructions. Our business mailing address is not an automatic return destination. This request does not make the exercise of a statutory right dependent on our approval. Refunds that are due will be sent to the original payment method within the applicable legal time limit. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If the law applicable to your purchase provides a cooling-off period, a legal guarantee, or a right to a refund, repair or replacement, those rights take priority over our voluntary policy. For example, purchases covered by EU distance-selling rules generally have a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to statutory exceptions. Contact us to exercise any applicable right.
